“I have no time!”
How many times have you heard someone say this? How many times have you heard yourself say this?
I know I have. More than once.
The truth is, when something is important to us, we will make the time. The lie we tell ourselves is that it has to be a certain amount of time and when we can’t make that happen/fit it into our day, we default to “I don’t have time!”
Friend, can I be bold here and say that you and I have gotten it all wrong. By looking at what we don’t have (30/60 mins to workout, 1 hour to make dinner, etc.), we discount what do have and can do.
Insert Got 10? Got 5? Got 1?
Yes, in an attempt to rid you and I of our excuses, I invite us to consider what we do have and can do.
So you don’t have 30 mins to workout today. Do you have 10 mins? 5 mins? 1 min?
So you don’t have 1 hour to make dinner. Do you have 10 mins? 5 mins? 1 min?
So you don’t have a full day for yourself because of your crazy work schedule/kids activities, etc. Do you have 10 mins? 5 mins? 1 min?
(And if you’re wondering what you can do in or with 10 mins/5 mins/1 min, keep reading. I’ve got you covered!)
Beautiful Soul, who you are and who I am each day matters.
What are those non-negotiables that you require to give your best each day?
The reality is that you and I can leave others (including ourselves) bitter or better.
May we be people who choose the latter every day.
Wondering what you can do in or with 10 mins/5 mins/1 min? I’ve got you covered!
