Hello beautiful friends,
Happy Weekend! I was on a little hiatus last week as I was recovering from anaphylatic shock. I am doing much better but the episode did a number on my body and as such, REST was my best friend.
It’s been a crazy last couple of weeks. Drew and I welcomed our 7th niece (we also have 3 nephews) Avery to our family. She is a little angel and has brought new love and new energy to the family.
As I reflect upon the last couple of weeks, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for family, for having my health (restored), for the gift of each present moment. It is my hope that every week as you sit back to enjoy Beauty & Blessings, it will inspire you to be even more present to the Beauty & Blessings in your life. As Scotiabank’s slogan reminds us, “You’re Richer than you think!”

For fellow book lovers everywhere, check out the coolest bookstores from around the world…a new travel tour perhaps?

Rest of the world, please take note…

So you want to make a change in your life but you don’t know where to start? How about with a minihabit! That’s right…a minihabit. Consider it the timbit of your donut habit. It takes the overwhelming plateful of change in front of you and breaks them down into manageable (almost minimal) bite size piece.
I spy with my little eye…
