A delicious, whole-grain, crunchy cookie that the whole family will love. Low in saturated fat and high in antioxidants.
Ingredients
1/2 cup light olive oil, or your favorite
1/2 cup evaporated cane juice
1 egg white
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
3 Tbsp water
2 cups old fashioned oats
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
