Clean Eating For Your Soul

It has been said that our physical fitness can be broken down to 80% nutrition (what we feed ourselves) and 20% exercise. The same can be said when it comes to the fitness or heath of our souls. Eighty-percent of our soul’s health comes from what we feed ourselves a.k.a. what we feast on and 20% comes from regular exercise (regular challenges, moments that test our character). In a world of endless information, here are TWO things to help you and I eat clean to help keep our souls healthy!
