Dear Beautiful Soul,

You Matter. More than you’ll ever know.

Sometimes in this crazy world of ours, it’s hard to believe. We feel lost in a sea of people. And there are those who would like us to believe that we’re just a number-we’re replaceable. I’m happy to report that they got it wrong.

You are NOT a number but you do count.

You count but you are not a number.

You count because You Matter. You always have and you always will.

You are irreplaceable meaning there is no one in all of history past or in future generations who will be exactly you. YOU ARE ONE-OF-A-KIND. You have gifts, talents, and passions fashioned in a special combination that is uniquely you. And you know what? Our world needs YOUR Best. I need your best.

See the folks who want(ed) you to believe that you are just a number and that you are replaceable are the very ones who have been told that they are just a number and that they themselves are replaceable. It’s an injustice really that we’ve let become normal.

But today, this day, that can all change. How? By reading, re-reading, remembering, and believing these words:

I Matter. It’s non-negotiable.

I Am Loved. It’s non-negotiable.

This world needs my best. No exceptions.

And “If no one has told you that they love you today Know that I Love You.”
