A Foodie's Philosophy...

It's no secret that I am a foodie. I can spend hours in Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Organic Garage, or any Healthy Living Store for that matter. I am allergic to nuts, shellfish, avocado...and mediocrity so when it comes to what I feed my family, I look for EXCELLENCE. No crap in this household (and hopefully none in yours). I believe food can be Nutritious AND Delicious-that healthy, nourishing food doesn't have to come at the cost of amazing taste and that delicious food doesn't have to come at the cost of being healthy. The best food I've ever tasted and felt good about eating and feeding my family are both Nutritious AND Delicious. I love shopping at farmer's markets and I choose organic and local produce whenever possible. I seek out companies who share the same values of being Nutritious AND Delicious. I see eating as not only a necessity but also an investment. No health, no wealth. I love to entertain. I love to cook. Some of the best moments happen around the dinner table.
